Water intrusion is a concern. Water can cause shorting of electrical connections and components. Make sure cowl drains are clear. Check for Codes. Determine where the water is coming from. Dry out what ever is wet with some kind of blower or hair dryer. If car runs right when everything is dry. Water leak is the likely cause.
