Default bushing size

1984 Corvette with Z51 option. Z51 are larger.

What size are bushings for front and rear stabilizer bar?

1985 they increased size.

Your going to need to do a bit of digging. I just went through this and the sway bar in the front is 25 mm. Most major vendors that I investigated don't make a kit for that. There are a couple universal 25 mm polys that I've thought about using in the event the rubber is worn. For now I bought a kit and utilized the end-link portion, but the sway bar rubber is fine.
