If you are going to get shorties, you might as well throw the money out the window.
I hear the stock exhaust manifolds outflow shorties. If you are worried about emissions, you can get long tubes with EGR and AIR ports. Run random bullet cats.
If you live in one of those stupid states that does a visual, that will fail you if you do anything to your emissions regardless of if it makes it better or worse. I suggest moving. those states are retarded and you won't catch me living there
