4+3 88 Corvette Trans manuel
Does the computer in the car have anything to do with the Trans.? I know nothing about this trans. Also, if a repair is needed, is it better to rebuild or swap ? Thanks for any info, this Forum has helped me several times, the knowledge on here is amazing

Thanks for the info V Trad 3r...........I had [years ago] a mod. to my 4+3 that eliminated the automatic shifting after 45 mph. I control when it shifts with the "button: on the shiff ter. Works great. I had my heater repaired [major repair, dash torn out , you know the drill ] and it works fine now. The thing I just noticed is now when I get to speed 50 to 55 and push the shifter button, the shift is much more "slippery ", looser , not as firm as before[hard to explain, just feels different . It works fine just different. Does that make sense or describe anything you are familiar with? Thanks again for your info and if you have any thoughts on what I have tried to describe , let me know.
