Default 1991 Plenum

Hi all, I'm wanting to remove my plenum and plenum runners on my 91 to paint them. I recall trying to remove the runner bolts a few years ago and I could not get them to budge so I gave up.

I'm wanting to know if anyone has any suggestions for getting these bolts out or am I asking for more trouble than it's work just to paint the runners?

Thanks.

Heat the aluminum around where the stuck bolts is threaded into. Heat it. Use heat. Heat will work. Heat.

I would try an impact driver. Use a good fitting bit and it should get them out with a few hits.

Something like this.

Ok, thanks. I'll probably just wait until it's time to rebuild the engine.
