does anyone have access to a 1996 fuel line diagram, showing the fuel line routing?

This is what SPO would offer up and I'm quite sure SPO used the same for '92+ LT1 & LT4. If this works for you I could supply I believe the correct nomenclature for '96.

Some? I've never seen C4 fuel lines illustrated like your sample which seems to likely be from a 'reseller' done to their liking. Not even the fuel line/brake line vendors do images of theirs in relationship to the chassis.
If the hardware information would help you I can sort that. Clips, clamps etc if they vary year to year I believe I can ID. The hard-lines are pretty cut and dried and relatively easy to put hands on. The evap lines a little more difficult I believe. My '90 with canister up front is easier for emission related routing.
In the FSM @ 6-677 and a few following is routing to chassis. I had never looked for those before but they're informative. Between SPO and those pages there should be no issues.

I see it added to your forums and I hope that it's of some value to your users. If hardware details would help just mention it and I'll forward information to you rather than just add to your forum threads. Your maintenance on your forum etc is interesting. You keep it pretty "TIDY"!!!!!
If you'd like images from the FSM that mention the later fuel line release etc I can supply those images also. I can package the images from the FSM for you if you like.
