I have a question someone in this esteemed group must have the answer to...
I have a crate LT4 with the LT4 hot cam kit...30 over, race shop built, yada yada. I had a rocker go bad and I’m having trouble locating the rockers although they are obviously Crane 1:6’s. I ordered GM 19210725...close but it’s 3/8 not 7/16 and looks somewhat different. Mine are Bowtie stamped, with CR for crane obviously and a manufacture date of 5/97. Also mine are non-adjustable....torque them down and go. The Cranes I find look correct, but all show adjustable with locks. If I’m not mistaken, the adjustable rockers are rounded on one side of the pivot (the side where the adjustable nut tightens), mine are flat on both sides...if that makes any sense.

Any help would be appreciated. I can send pics.

Thanks!
Brent

There were 2 LT4 engines the assembly line and over the counter. The assembly line LT4 used a non adjustable bottle neck studs. The over the counter LT4 used standard style studs.

The stock LT4 rockers used 10 mm studs.

Kevova,
Thanks for the reply.
Interesting that mine is an over the counter through GM performance and it has the bottle knock non-adjustable. It was the LT4 that came as a non-optispark motor, normally aspirated. I converted it to injection/optispark.
Side note, I have the in-car optispark swap down to an hour ...that has been my optispark experience (3). Last mistake I made was using an MSD high output coil with an OEM opti....stock opti couldn’t handle it.
theres only 10k on this build over 6 years, spends most of its time covered in the garage....I get interested again and it looses a rocker! I guess it’s a gear-head’s lot in life.

Thanks again.
