oil temp sensor

I think my oil temp sensor has come unplugged. I was running temps around 210-218 and then a friend did a llittle work on the car and now it just reads oil temp LO no matter how long the car has been running. I don't have a service manual yet so could someone describe where I can find the sensor to check it out. Appreciate any help. Also, I run 5w30 Mobil 1 if anyone is curious.

It just out of the left rear of the block just above the oil filter.
