I would like to drop my temps in the Florida heat since my 94 gets up to about 232. Ecklers sells a cooling fan switch and harness kit, but which one the 185, 190, 195, or the 200. What temp does the stock fan come on at? How hard are these to install? Thanks for the help.

:yesnod: Why don't you try a manual fan switch from Mid America? They are inexpensive and allows you to switch on both fans at will. I don't think that in Florida weather you have cold weather issues. The weather there is similar to weather in Puerto Rico. I always have the manual switch in the "ON" position. As soon as I start the car, both fans go on. :D  :D

I USED to have the MAD switch........ until it died. I used it a lot.......... when it died I installed a pair of switches to the MAD harness that I bought at Radio Shack. You can get arounf the MAD harness.........go to Radio Shack and get a couple toggle switches......... make sure they are rated at like 15 amps or so but that's overkill......... make a nice little bracket that slides into the area between the carpet and the radio bezel.......... no screws ar glue needed........... wire one of each of these switches to each relay (the green and white striped wire ........ and ground the OTHER side of each switch......... you can hook the two grounds together for simplicity ......I grounded mine to the steering column bolts because it IS grounded and was handy............ I turn the primary fan on anytime the temp goes above 175 and the secondary at 185 or in traffic (like downtown) :seeya

I got the MAD manual fan switch with 160 Tstat. It was real easy to install, and I can turn on 1 or both fans by switching up or down. I never see temps over 200 with that switch.
