LPE Header install (problem resolved)
I mounted the steering wheel and the header now fits without rubbing the steering arm.
It is only about 1/2" at most gap between them now. Not the 2 or so that others mentioned.
Can someone get an upclose picture of the gap right there for me? :D

Hey now!
Its close.
