My car is a 92 with an automatic. Since purchasing it last month the washer has never worked. Set out last night and today to change the pump. After a few missteps I got all the body panels off and got to the washer. When pulling the line off the pump (pet another thread) I realized it appears to have been cut and was just ending at a random location under the hood. Now what exactly is the name of this part so I can get another one? And even more importantly where does the other end of the line go? Where exactly does the splash spray out off? It doesn't appear to have nozzles on the hood, so I'm guessing it sprays out the wiper arms?
here's what came off my washer pump:
Sorry for the rambling post I'm just exhausted and using my phone vs pc.

Without overthinking it I took a look at my 93 to confirm, it's just a Hose from the Bottle/Pump to the Passenger Vent well near the Bottom of windshield, Ties into a 3 way hose connector. Then 1 hose goes to L. Arm 1 Goes to the R. Arm

Be careful, I had same issue, thought it was a leaking reservoir, turned out it was the actual pump housing was leaking. This was in a 96, pump is down low on tank.
Ended up replacing the tank and pump to fix the problem.
