1995 Corvette coupe. Has factory original AM-FM Stereo Cassette. Can I swap AM-FM Stereo Cassette/CD? Is harness the same? Just plug and play? Do I need specific year? Thanks.

Hard to say. Does your car have Delco Bose written anywhere on the speaker cover or on the head unit?
