Default Banski question

So I have installed all the Banski suspension components in the rear of my Vette. Has anyone felt that the rear got softer after the install. The car handles well but it seems the car rides very nice now because the suspension is not binding.
I am use to having the hard ride of the stock Z51 on my 96.
Has anyone found the need to install stiffer shocks after the install? My shocks are Z51 Bilsteins less than 3 years old with only 3000 miles on them

If anything, mine was a bit tighter because the slop was gone from it after installing the kits. Can't say it was harder or softer ride otherwise, must more solid.

It is anice setup no complaints. I just expected a firm ride like I was used to. My car now goes over bumps in a much less harsh manner. I am kind of surprised. I thought heim joints would be stiffer.

Nope. I have bilstein z51’s i installed in 2002. They are still great . And banski parts were installed around 2011. Yes the banski parts made a huge improvement in ride. Prob helped to get rid of the age stiffened bushings.

the bilstein z51’s were a night and day improvement vs stock shocks. Got rid of the float. It aint a cadillac

i did go with a z07 rear spring vs the soft vert spring on my 93

Good to know your ride got better too, I have no float at all but I also have the Z51 Shocks and Springs.
I guess I will get used to the better ride with the Banski setup, it's just that since I purchased the car 21 years ago it never rode this good!
