I have a 1984 corvette and whenever I try starting the car nothing happens except the parking brake light flashes, there’s no crank absolutely nothing. Except a flash, everything in the car works when I turn it on the dash and all that. But whenever I try starting it all it does different is show the parking brake alert. Any help?

Sounds like the battery may be toast. Check that 1st ... take it to a parts store they will test it on a load for you.
well it was working yesterday and I wanted to charge the battery today because I don’t drive it much, and when I got home it wouldn’t start.. probably wasn’t a good idea to charge it, so you say it’s the battery but everything in side works, do you think its only supplying enough power for inside the car.
Why don't you test it so you know...then we aren't operating on guesses. Connect a volt meter to your battery, then turn your headlights on high beam, and youre heater fan on high. What's the battery read? If it's below ~11v or so....the battery isn't good enough. If it's ~12v or higher and holds that voltage for a minute or two, the battery isn't the issue...start chasing bad connections from the batt to the starter.
