If any one can send me pics on delete and remove smog pump and all the lines that conectc to that highly appreciated
Thank you
Can we get some pics of your engine bay, to know where you're starting from? I'll see if I can dig up some pics of my smog pump delete, although from my experience and general consensus on this thread the biggest advantage to removing the smog system is just to clean up the engine bay-no real performance improvement. It DOES clean up the engine bay a good bit though.
Thank you , I look in all post's general and tech and I still didn't find a good pic what to do with the vacuum lines both from smog pump and egr.
And I don't need to delete the egr so I'm looking for reroute the right breading hoses

What I'm gonna do with that pipe crossing the headthis one had the egr temperature sensor Can I well it and put the egr sensor on the base of the egr valve
Wow...so someone has definitely been removing a lot from that engine. Not sure if it was you or not, but I know it can be confusing to come into an engine that's been screwed around with and try to figure out where to start.
I'll see if I can take some pics of my engine with the whole EGR deleted later. You don't HAVE to remove the EGR valve because it is closed by default if it is disconnected, but a block off plate is cheap and I think it cleans things up a good bit.
Yeap I'm having fun , put everything together like it was is not the problem switching the sensors and plug all , thtthaok for me the thing is what to take out related with the smog pump witch leave and where it go .
the egr valve is to stay I think , but if is going I plate that hole and the sensor is gonna and that pipe that crosses the passenger side valve cover ? , Do block him or not
