The ECM switches are simple on or offs. The constants use single values.

"VATS Select" - Tells the ecm whether to be looking for a VATS module signal or not.

Somebody else grab next one and explain.

Fan Off Coolant Temp Threshold (A/C On)use this field to set cooling fan to off to desired temp while A/C is running (example 77%C)

Fan On Coolant Temp Threshold (A/C On) use this field to set cooling fan to come on to desired coolant temp while A/C is running (example 80%C)

Fan Off Coolant Temp Threshold (A/C Off)use this field to set cooling fan to off to desired temp while A/C is off (example 77%C)
