1985 AC question
Last summer I installed a new Delco AC compressor and at the same time replaced the low pressure switch in the upper line and the 2 switch/sensors in the lower line. The AC relay was replaced also, I just wanted to eliminate future problems. I vacuumed the system down and recharged with the correct oil and R134 and the system cooled flawlessly for the rest of the summer. After the car was put away for the winter it was started a few times to run the compressor to keep the seals lubricated and no problems. Now the car is out for nice weather and the compressor does not run. The fuse is not shorted and first time ever you can't jump the compressor at the low pressure switch with a wire and I'm assuming it's electrical. The usual suspects were already replaced. The only thing not touched was the control panel in the dash. Where would you start looking?

System pressure first. Then energize the clutch with the car off to see if it'll engage. Check fsm check outputs from hvac module. Then start checking relays and sensors if the rest checks out. Cant hurt to check continuity on the circuit too.
