there are probably millions of 18x11" wheels out there, but how many will actually fit the C-4s is probably the question you are asking.
I would be very hestitant to buy a set of wheels that was not made or design for that specific car.
there are many custom wheel companies out there that will make a nice set of wheels to fit your application. Fikse, HRE, kinesis, Volk, Hart, Racing Hart, BBS, CCW, Hicock, and so on. These companies also offer generic offset wheels that are made for corvettes but if you want custom I suggest you ask for custom sizes and spacing.
Your best bet is to pick out which style of wheel you like best and contact them and tell them exactly what look for, or if you know the spacing, and offset you want and have them make one to your likings.
That's the way I did it and I couldn't be happier.
What offset did u go with?? What size tires are u running.. i want to run 315s in the back.... Couldn't i just use the offset u used since your fits flush already?
yeah you could, that's is a custom size and fitment and fikse will still have to make a set based on my offset and spacing. Are custom sizes and offsets are made as the orders come.
Call Nate at xtrememotorsports. They handled all the details for me, I don't know any other numbers beside the size of my wheels.
Just tell them what you want and they will contact fikse and handle the rest.
There is only one 315 tire in 18" on the market and it is the P-zero Rosso. It is a little over $300 per tire.

Pays to do your homework on available tire sizes to suit your combo too. Aside from the Pirelli 315's the next step in either direction width-wise is a 295 or a 335 (and I seriously doubt 335's would fit under the rear of a lowered non-ZR1 C4).
Run 295s on the 18x11s. Lateral grip seemed to improve over the 275/315 GS setup. However dragstrip time slipped a little due to 60' times. I think ride quality is about the same. I'm very happy with my forgeline 18s. I'll see if I can dig up pics. http://www.forgeline.com/
the mallets are nice wheels, BTW a 335 will fit a ZR1 just fine, it won't a regular C4 but the 335 fits a ZR1 about as well as a 295 does a standard C4, looks great & a flush fit.
You can get Malletts direct from Mallett with no blems for $2000. They're not chrome, though -- silver powdercoat.
I have them (18X9.5, 18X11) with 265s front and 295s rear. Fit perfect on my '96 with no rubbing problems and no spacers.
I don't have the exact prices or weights on CCW's, but I believe they're about the same price or cheaper than Malletts and they are supposed to be lighter.
You can get the XMS wheels from Xtreme Motorsports in powdercoat finish for $1695 for a set of 18x 9.5 and 18x 11's... these are identical wheels to the Mallets. http://www.xmotorsports.com/wheels/
CCW's run around $1800-2000 for a set if I'm not mistaken... and they are very light wheels... John at CCW will also repair a wheel if you damage one at a fraction of the cost of a new wheel.

Not sure on those regards... a forum search might pull up the weight info. As for the manufactor, they are built only for Xtreme as far as I know... Nate at XMS would be the person to talk to.
I plan on going with them when I feel like dumping out $2800+ for wheels and tires.
