I 'd recomend changing all the fluids. Flush the radiator & clean the "no mans land" portion of it, tran service, diff fluid, & fuel filter. I believe in over maintaining my vehichles. I know I'm **** about it (especially my Vette) but it can't hurt to take to well care of your car. :yesnod:

Re: C4, Lt1, 1995 (DRAZEN)
If it's got a ZF6, you don't need to touch it yet. I'd wait until 25-30K miles. GM claims it doesn't ever need to changed, but that isn't what the manufactuer of the tranny says. See this FAQ...
I change the fuel filter, coolant, trans, diff and brake fluids every year (oil & filter every 3-4K) we do about 20K/yr. I know it's probably overkill, but we just turned 150K miles. It's not that expensive.
OTOH, I seem to add fluids to my 87 Honda whenever it runs dry  It's got 187K.
If it was mine, I would run a can of dry gas through the fuel tank as well. With only 14000 miles it has set a lot and the potential of condensation is high.
I've got one more problem. Here in Croatia is no corvette service and I have to chenge plugs and fluids alone. Can anybody tell me what is the best way to do it?!
P. S. Changing plugs looks very complicated!
everyone has pretty much said what needs to be said, but i'll add just one note on low mileage cars that are older..
make sure you thoroughly flush the coolant system, all of it! remove the knock sensors from the block and drain everything.. don't just drain the radiator.. chances are you'll find a significant amount of rust due to the large amounts of idle / storage time..
run lots of water through the block before re-installing the sensors and refilling with coolant..

Pretty straight forward but a real pain. You'll need swivels, extensions, beer and patience, lots of patience. Remove the inner fender around the front suspension on both sides. The first time you do it will take some time. After that, about 40 min. or so. Do a search. There are plenty of threads on this subject.
