I did mine last winter in an unheated garage in under 2 hours. The hardest part, if I remember correctly, is getting the tensioner back on. But even that wasn't all that big a deal.

Re: Radiator hoses and cursing (Scoob)
It's not bad at all, actually.

There are just a lot of things to remove.
SCOOB said the "MAGIC WORDS" Take the belt and the tensioner off first!
If not, you will spend hours and hours and the cursing factor is a 10!
Replacing the tensioner is simple, just remember how it came apart.
When you replace the hose use a screw type clamp and position it so you can get to the screw easily
Thanks to all. The only real trouble was getting the lower hose back on the pump. Even with the tensioner removed, there is little room to push that hose on. Anyway, I now have all new hoses: radiator and heater hoses with TB bypass. I also tossed the frisbee and changed the belt. The motor definitely spins up a little faster without that 10 pound chunk of steel.
