Stock specs can be googled, they were ok for their time not so much now.
Theres plenty of aftermarket parts to pick them up though.

My C4 is a 1984 and I use to run I-95 between North Carolina and Palm Beach Fl, and there is always a mustang on the road that wanted to fill their oats but my 84 always dominated the road and in order to put the tang to rest I very well would hit 115 mph I still have my car.

X2. No need to debate this one....the data has been out there for, oh....about 34 years or so?
1/4 mile in low to mid 15's...STOCK, as you said.

Iirc the manual cars were supposedly faster. Idk if that is a fact though.

As for times. It does them lol. 0-100 is probably close to 1/4 mile time. They're not terribly fast like everyone said.

1/4 mile trap is about 90...so 100 is a bit longer than that.

Here is one source for the cars' stats when new....

WORLD CLASS '84

Apparently it takes 5 more seconds from 90 to 100. It's a good thing that a little work makes a big difference on those cars.

Sounds about right. I can attest to the fact mine doesn't take 5 seconds from 90 to 100. The stock runners really were a joke I feel.
