1993 wiper delay problems
Hello everyone I`m new here so bear with me please. I have a 1993 coupe and the turn signal,cruise control, high beam,wiper and delay is acting up. When I turn the wipers on they won`t turn off,and the delay won`t work. If I turn the delay back and forth fast,turn the car off & on a few times it will finally will start working right.All the delays & on&off works normal.The next time that I go and crank the car hours later it starts the same problem all over again. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is causing this? Thank you!

I helped a guy chase a similar gremlin on his late-year C4, we changed the wiper stalk itself, and the park switches for the wipers, and that solved the issue. Unfortunately, I don't know which fix specifically fixed it, as the guy had broken the stalk in frustration before we did either of the two jobs. My reading on here indicated that more often that not it was park switches.
