I was thinking about putting it up on jack stands this year and wanted to get an idea of what everyone else does. In the past I just let it sit on the tires and took it out every two weeks to rotate where the tires were resting.
I park all my winter stored vehicals/trailers on 2" thick, 2 ft square panels of StyroFoam blue insulation. This stuff is fairly hard but it forms nicely to the curve of the tires so they don't flat spot. You just have to cut a slope on one side so you can drive up easily.
Its a lot easier to do than jacking and blocking the suspension plus you also don't have to move the car around either. Another benefit is if you did have to move the car in an emergency (fire/flood etc) you just crank it up and you're on the road.
I use this stuff from NAPA called SEAFOAM for my gas tank. This stuff
is the poopie IMO.I started putting in my 97p/u and it keeps the throttle
blades alot cleaner on the underside.I think one can does 20 gallons or so.
About $5 a can.

I have heard that starting them in the winter is good/bad saves the seals from drying out but also causes condensation in exaust, transmission if not driven around now this is just what i read.. Try a bubble .. Ecklers has them
