Autolite AR134's. These are marketed as racing plugs and come from the factory with cut back ground electrodes. This exposes way more of the spark to the air/fuel mixture, and they work! Cutting back the electrodes is a performace mod you can find in the "Tech Tips" section of this webpage. With these plugs, Autolite has done the work for you.
Accel u groove. I swapped them at my dyno day and got 7rwhp over the bosch platinum +4s . Did 3 pulls with each set. average was 5.2 rwhp over the band. dunno why but these cheap plugs work for me!

where can you get these at and how much do they cost?
I got mine at Advance Auto parts. If they don't have an outlet near you, just call around to your local auto parts stores and see who carries Autolite plugs. I just called and the salesman said they retail for about $1.59 each. $13 for pre-modified cut back racing plugs - pretty good deal if ya ask me :)
