Actually I think I found it. I guess it is a safety for the fuel pump.

The one next to it is for the 'IDIOT LIGHT' - you've stumbled upon the oil pressure gauge and fuel pump switch for the ECM. Post the wire colors to the part you want for confirmation.
**'91 is likely 'CHECK GAUGES' = 'IDIOT LIGHT' BTW - That's a seriously high price for what you're needing. There should be much better choices using that part # as a reference.
