Default Rough Idle

I have made several TPIS modification to my CORVETTE, however the car does not idle right. The idle is fast then so slow that it wants to die, however under load, if runs fine. I had the timing set correctly since I replaced the manifold with the Mini Ram, but my repair shop is stating I need to replace my ECM. I found the link below & wonder would that work for my needs , has anyone have tried this out or do you suggest something else? Any assistance will be greatly helpful. https://www.zip-corvette.com/85-89-programmable-ecm.html

The mods I have made:
MINI RAM
Headers
89 Aluminum heads
A/C delete
Air Pump delete
276/286 Hyd. Flat Tappet Cam
Lifters, Hyd, Flat
Timing Chain
Borla Exhaust
Screen removed from MAF
New spark plugs & wires
New cap on the distributor
Smaller Pulleys
1.6 Roller Rockers
Air Foil, in the stock throttle body
Adjustable Fuel RegulatorStock Fuel Injectors – I did buy some aftermarket ones, but did not fit in the Mini RamStock springs
Stock Pushrods
Lingenfelter Fuel Pump

Again thank you for all of your help.

Regardless of what year Vette, I suggest put a vacuum gauge on a manifold vac. port to see if there is a leak.

Why replace the ECM if it is running right? How did you determine that the ECM needs replacement? Maybe the tune in the ECM is wrong for the setup? If so, get a dyno tune and while they are doing that, have them tune the off WOT areas.
