Quick:anybody ever see prototype TPI runners?
i was at a swap meet today and saw something very interesting,,,,,a completely hand fabricated set or TPI runners, the guy selling them said that they were factory GM prototype runners and were on a chevy pickup pace truck, he said they were a factory built prototype esp for that truck and that the truck had run 170mph.....i have nothing to back this up and i didnt have a digital camera with me,,,,they almost lookedlike slp runners at first, but they were definetly hand fabricated, just like a sheet metal intake would be, they were siamiesed on one end, and split ports on the other,,,they seamed huge and looked like they could flow some serious air....i got the guys # and will be meeting up with him again hopefuly this week to work out a deal for them.....just wondering if anybody has ever seen or heard of something like this??????

sure enuff there they are, and it confirms that they are in fact a prototype......and of course i just called the guy right back and..............HE SOLD THEM!!!!! i guess maybe his $200 firm wasnt such a bad deal lol :jester
