I have a 93 vette that’s runs good and then just shuts off while driving. I’ve replaced the fuel pump fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator. Can any body tell me what the problem is it’s about to drive me crazy.

You appear to believe it is fuel related. Why?

My 1994 just started stalling and then not start. Threw a bunch of fuel related parts at it. Ended up being the OptiSpark. Replaced the Ignition control module also. We had leads hooked up for a month and it would start and run every day. Then one day it did not and was getting no signal from the Opti. The car has 101,000 on the clock and I just got it and it appeared the Opti and ICM were still original.

There is an expert on this site that talks about failure modes of parts. I can't remember who it is. He talks about,"infant mortality" in the parts (like an opti) usually fail very soon or way down the road. Dan

That means that either you do not have enough fuel pressure or your fuel injectors are not triggering, both can and should be tested.
