Fuel pump recomendation
I have a 1984 corvette with stock fuel tank.
In car today is a new 396 forged small block (450HP?) with additional N20 at 100 hp. Port fuel. EFI. 43 lbs fuel pressure. After market ECU. I will be upgrading injectors to 40 lbs .
Currently injectors are 24 lbs..
Do you know of any MFG that can provide a FP that is a direct drop in?
Thank you.

Walbro 255 is what I use in my 398, from Racetronix. Do yourself a favor and get the upgraded in-tank harness and go ahead and replace all the factory stuff.

My .02 is to just drop in a AC Delco factory unit from 85-89. You will get an increase in pressure you need and you won't have to fiddle with different harnesses or worry about things not fitting.
An OEM swap will take no more than 45 minutes.

..... I got this Walbro 450-267 from FIC for about the same money as the 255 Walbro … Made in USA and E85 compatible … I'm currently running an Aeromotive 340 but its a China pump that may or may not like E85 … either way , you have fuel flow to grow into Horsepower-wise …..

Like some others have suggested, I'd go for something that is overkill so I'd have some head room. I ran a Walbro 255 for years and it was great, but that was for only ~300 hp. For your power, I'd go bigger.

Pressure is no issue. Flow is....My TPI pump holds pressure nicely at 43 lbs. It will fall short on flow(gal/liters pe hr). inlet and return needs to be upgraded. I will use 6AN (.375) inlet 4AN (.250)return..

FIC did well by me on my port fuel conversion. So will go that route

….. My fuel system was upgraded years ago ! When I changed out the dash to analog gauges , I made a bunch of changes to the cars wiring . This pump is still on the shelf and will be installed when the need arises OR when I find it necessary to go into the tank again ! Right now , The Aero 340 is doing just fine ! …..
