I usually save a buck and spend 5 in the process due to aggravation, having to redo, etc. They have a 3 core one so maybe it can fit but if it is thicker which they say it is, you are going to need to do some cutting somewhere.

I will know the deal in a few days I have a Radiator Express coming .. ???

I have this radiator (96 LT4) I chose it largely because I was having a shop install radiator while they were doing other work on my car. I didn't want them to have to do any kind of modification to make a bigger one fit. I hardly trust anyone to work on my car, let alone "modify" anything. So, short story made long, I am very happy with the DeWitt single row. Works great. Now no plastic tanks, either.

I have found that good things aren't cheap because they can't afford to be and or they don't have to be. Conversely, cheap things aren't good nor can they be. They are usually wanting in some area or areas.

AGREE with AKLIM !!!!!!!! AND if talking cooling around town or at a light load or going slow do NOT go with deeper core. The cooling issues around the C4 all stem around air flow, not coolant flow or too small a radiator. Get the smaller Dewitts (single row 1.5") and be done with it !!!!!!!
