I have been chasing an air leak since doing my manifold gaskets. I was cleaning the throttle body when I blew can air into the small hole inside by the butterfly. I noticed
air bubbles coming out of the linkage between tps sensor and body where the linkage rotated. Just to confirm that is not normal and I have worn my throttle body out.
Thanks for tips
Well after todays recheck on all things above the intake, I noticed the bubbles because I sprayed cleaner all over. Then drying with can air I noticed bubbles.. Before intake gasket replace it seemed ok but I had several loose screws so it must have been leaking in a few spots. I will try smoke test now that I am making progress. Car is ok but I am trying to perfect the idle.
Thx
