Backup Light Switch Removal
Anybody ever try removal of the backup light switch on the 6-speed tranmission by accessing it from above through the shifter boot area? I have to replace one on my 96 LT4 and was wondering if anyone had tried that. Accessing from below appears to be the typical way, but the space is very tight. Just thought I'd ask before I spent the time removing the console, boot, etc.
