AFR 190 heads or some 88-91 Corvette D-port heads, with 1.6RR. Full headers and catback.

Superram and Accel 219 cam, but that current cam should work with it.

Youll have that HP.

Holy crap Jay! We have almost the same motor!

Mine isn't based on an L98 longblock. We have the same Comp Cams flat tappet cam but I have 1.6:1 rockers. My static compression ratio is also at least 10:1. I'm running 'as cast' Dart Iron Eagle cylinder heads with 200cc intake runners and 64cc chambers. My plenum is ported to match SLP runners and a 58mm BBK throttlebody (waste of cash). I also have a Superram lower intake and FMS 24lbs/hr injectors.

I recently dyno'd the car and it made 380 hp @4500 rpm and 504 ft-lbs @3500 rpm at the flywheel. This is with a vacuum leak so I think the final numbers will be higher once that is resolved. I shift at 4700 rpm and there's no point in revving it higher.

Have you considered nitrous? That's the cheap n' easy way out. I suppose we could start another SR/MR debate. They both cost $1300. I'd probably choose the SR to keep it torquey and help the top end. If you have metal or fiberglass fab skills then consider the Stealthram.

I'd go with aluminum heads if I was redoing my setup. Less weight, greater octane tolerance. I bought these particular iron heads because they flowed well and were cheap. AFR's are nice but cost twice as much as my heads.

You didn't mention any exhaust mods. I'm running 1-5/8" primary headers, hollowed out cat, Borla Y-pipe, and Borla mufflers (inherited these--don't buy them!).

52mm throttle body

I'd say the Superram over the MR with your cast crank, MR is feasible if you've internally balanced the internal but probably not for MR/Nitrous combo's
