If you service ride control light is on, the system will automatically default to the "tour" setting and will no longer adjust, so every setting will feel the same.
You will need to find your faults. Just jump the A & C on your ALDL and follow the codes in the DIC. If you do that, you will know your problem in less than 2 minutes.
