You need to remove the upper runner bolts, the vacuum lines and electrical lines to the plenum (I like to remove the TB from the plenum too, for simplicity). Careful with those rigid vacuum lines as they get brittle over time.
Then you need to unplug the injectors and get the harness out of the way.
Finally remove the lower runner bolts (two inside) and remove the runners. I believe you also have to remove the cold-start injector feed from the rear of the fuel rail to get the left runner out.
When I removed the fuel lines from the fuel rail I had to loop a piece of gas line tubing across the two lines to stop the constant dribbling of fuel.
