Default Low circuit problems

So I'm back again I finally had time to put my 93 back together and it will not fire. Gave it a good tune up new plugs wires cap and rotor ignition module and coil. Now it just cranks almost feels like it not getting fuel and I put an inline spark tool on it and it pretty much read that it could be a fuel problem but the flashes weren't very bright. So I pulled the check engine codes from the dash and got C32, C34, C36, C38, H32, H34, H36 and H38 all leading to what I though I red as several low circuit issues I'm confused any help is better then none and the opti went back on with no problems slid right on 🤬

The H codes are just the history codes (long-term storage), so essentially duplicates of the C codes. Are those codes for Module 1, the CCM; or for Module 4, the PCM? If you look at the list of those codes for each, it seems like those codes for the PCM are unlikely to be related, whereas those four codes in the CCM are all related to the loss of digital data of some sort. How that affects starting, I'm not completely sure, but if the issue is that the signal is getting to the opti to send the spark but isn't getting back from the opti to the PCM, then it may not be firing the injectors. You can probably hear the injectors firing if you put the ignition to ON and turn the engine over slowly by hand (don't flood it), especially if you disconnect the intake snorkel. The clean way to determine that is to use a noid light to see if the injectors are getting signals to open. If these are PCM codes, then I'd pay attention to the C36 code, which is loss of high-res signal from the opti. Here's one thread that might be related.
