Buzzing noise behind center or right side dash.
It was 38° this morning and when I went to turn it on I turned the key half way and this annoying mechanical buzzing started up somewhere behind the center dash or right side dash, can’t really pin point it. Doesn’t go away when car is on.

OK this might sound weird, is the pull handle lights working (the Orange Low glow when doors is open or Lights on) I had the same thing Happen to me when I was replacing them on my car and one of them went to ground Blew a Fuse. I think the Fuse was a 5 Amp. Rt. Side Courtesy light Fuse. Go thru your Fuses with a test light you may find it.
