Gease Smudges on window, problem?

Gease Smudges on window, problem?
I believe that my window motor is going out. (As previously posted), but I have now noticed that I am getting some grease smudges toward the front of the window. They are horizonal smudges and there are a few of them, spaces an inch or so apart. What may be causing this? (I haven't torn it down yet to check myself, so curious what I may find).

Is the window working real slow?????
Mostly when going into the up position?????
Mine just runs slow...going up.....no grease marks...on glass...
What do you think it is??????
I also need help....going up.....s-l-o-w......
