Torque converter & shift kit
I have an 87 with automatic tranny. I dont really race or anything (repair bills are to much) but I want to get a little higher stall torque converter. I have been told 2000 would be good enough. Any thoughts on what I should go with? Also where will be the best place to buy the converter and shift kit at the lowest price?
I was also told aftermarket headers dont do to much for corvettes....is this true?

The Oct. Issue of VETTE MAG. has a very good article on the TRANSGO Kit for a 700 auto....
You should read this.....
Also look up different converter stall speeds from Vette Mag...and also Corvette Fever mag's...
Lots of help.....at least for me....
