Default Change valve seals?

Just pick up a set of NOS heads for my 89'.
113 castings. Never been mounted.
Should I change the seals?
Their brand new , but they have sitting for 20+ years.

for what it costs, I would, and upgrade to "better than OE factory" - cheap insurance --

It is far easier and cheaper to do it now than after the heads have been mounted. Also, there are advances in materials and production methods every year. Even if the old ones are perfect, new ones are better!

Definitely replace them with modern positive seals. Not just new keeper seals.

Changed out the old seals. Old seals still looked good. Would probably worked fine , but will sleep better knowing it's done.
Thanks everyone, knew it was the right thing to do. Just needed to be pushed.
Getting lazy I guess.
