96 L/R front rotors different?

96 L/R front rotors different?

Looking to get new front rotors. My FSM says there are interchangeable. Yet, almost everywhere I look there is a different part number for the right and left. Is this the case? Just looking for a decent set for street driving.

My RPOs show:

FE1 - Base Suspension
J55 - High Performance Brake Package

Rears are interchangeable, fronts are different for left and right due to the cooling vanes. Centric is a good brand for a basic rotor at a fair price

As soon as we get a thaw, I will look at the oem ones that I took off my 96. Unfortunately they are buried under ice and snow right now. Then I will try and remember to come back to the thread and post an update about what the ones on my car were like.

This info is correct for J55 (13" product) - Branding for replacement could certainly maybe be debated but Centric is generally accepted to be reasonable basic also.
