I have an intermitent problem, the best way I can describe it is it is like the ignition is turned off for a split second, it may happen 2 or 3 times in a row then it may not happen again for 1/2 an hour.
There are no codes set but it does flash the SES light at the time. When I checked for codes the cooling fan ran ( which I think is correct ) but then that also cut in and out. I have checked and cleaned all the grounds, changed the ECM which improved the situation slightly, but I did not change the chip. My question is do I have faulty ECM or are there other things I should be looking at. :confused:

No codes, and the engine cuts out completly,..... I'd take a look at an electrical problem, such as bad "batt" connection to the coil. Loosing power to a few things under the hood will cause this behavior. I'd suggest you start w/ the ignition.
