Default 1987 Flat tappet or roller tappet cams?

Ok, Here we go! I have a 1987 C4 convertible, Does it have flat tappets or roller tappet camshaft?
And if it has roller tappet cam, is there any reason I cant go with Mobil 1 High Mileage 5-30W.
The car has 73000 miles and came with Brad Penn oil in it, which I'm sure is a good oil, but a little pricey.

1987 has hydraulic roller cam. Earlier ones have the flat tappet.

You can run whatever oil you want, M1 is fine and what most use.

73K miles is not really that high for using a high-mileage oil. Using a "regular" Mobil-1 full synthetic oil in 5W-30 will work just fine. You can find good deals on Mobil-1 at places like Wal-Mart or Costco. Also use a good quality oil filter.

The high milage has additives for older seals, and maybe a little more zinc.

Since it has a roller cam, zinc means nothing.
