I would start by checking for voltage at the fuel pump. It could be a bad ground. Work your way back to the relay and fuse box.

You need to get a cheap fuel gauge and attach it to the port on the intake to see if you have fuel pressure with the key on. Should be between 38-40 psi with ign key on car not running. If there’s no pressure and it’s a new pump, you need to find out why it’s not turning the pump on. It’s often bad connections at the fuel pump.

Refresh my memory. What is the fuel sensor relay?

Also, have you tried this. Take the MAF out of the picture without touching the battery. Start it and see if it runs with the MAF disconnected.

When it doesn't start, what is the fuel situation like? When you first turn the key on, will it pressurize and to what? Will it hold pressure for a while? When it does this, is there a blue flame on the plugs (do this with a known good plug)? AFAIK, if the MAF is disconnected, it will default to whatever program it came with. Also, get a scanner and see what the Coolant Temp is and NOT what the gauge says (which might be correct but we don't care).
