Re: OIL CHANGE (Voltech_LT4)
GM says Mobil 1, 5w30. Should be an emblem under your hood with that on it.

Re: OIL CHANGE (Voltech_LT4)
Check your manual.......
If not go for 5wt/20wt.....mobil one....what miles are on youe vette????
Maybe higher numbers....if mileage is high...
What do you think.....this is your #1 decission....do it right...

Re: OIL CHANGE (Voltech_LT4)
There should be a emblem under the hood stating "Mobil1 5w-30". The manual will tell you 5w-30 or 10w-30 depending on the climate where you live. I live in the south where we have relatively mild winters so I use 10w-30.

Re: OIL CHANGE (hotdawg1)
I'd run 5w-30 in the area you live... I'm from Albany and I know it's already cold up there. Here in FL mine gets 10w-30.

5w30 up north in winter, 10w30 summer...South Central Florida 10w30 year around.
