Default Update on new Targa Brace

Hi all so I have installed my new Targa brace built by Tom Gasper, I have now had a chance to drive the car with it in. 1st off fitment was perfect with plenty of adjustability. looks awesome in car. the quality is amazing and the powder coating is fantastic. I will admit in the beginning I was hesitant to spend the money but after driving the car with it in, it has now become the best money spent thus far on my car. the car is not only extremely tight driving now without the top, it is even tighter than with the top IN. my top will most likely never be on the car again except at the track. some has asked about stow ability, well there is plenty of room to drop it in the back. I don't ever see the need but it will fit in the back along with the top stowed in the back. why both would ever be in there I don't know but they will both fit. the powder coating is so nice I plan to get some type bag to stow it in whenever it is not in(probably never) couple pics. I will vouch for Tom being an awesome guy to work with even though he appeared to already have a stellar reputation already. he had told be he is 65 and it is getting tougher to make these. I suggest if you are on the fence about getting one of this pull the trigger. you may lose the opportunity to do so later. I have a friend who is a fabricator and builds race cars and roll bars who was going to help me fabricate my own which I would have been able to do but I am glad I didn't after seeing how well this is built the way he incorporates the factory mounting brackets for a perfect factory fit. I looked into sourcing the factory brackets and they ain't cheap, then add a nice powder coating job plus steel price. this actually is priced very cheap. well I rambled enough but I can't tell you how happy I am with this.
