LT-1 waterpump RIPOFF
:mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad :mad What a ripoff I just came back from my dealer in the Nassau NY area,I'm changing the waterpump-'92.The coupling to the gear was seized and just can't be removed.The price for the new one $71.00 USC.A piece of 1 inch grooved steel.Maybe I should be shot for paying for it.GM makes their money on service-out of warranty and parts.All they had to do at the factory was put a little anti-seize on the part-price 2cents in bulk.

Perhaps you should talk to Jeff Kopp and get all of your GM parts wholesale.
This could also be another good reason to convert to an electric water pump. By the time you havce bought the stock replacement pump and this coupler, the electric would be cheaper.
