Light throttle surging
On my way back from the exhaust shop, getting my 02 bung welded in, I noticed that I have a pretty radical surge going on at little throttle. The vette was not doing this until I hooked-up the new 02 sensor...

I had something similiar happen to me several years back.
Try disconnecting your battery for a half an hour or so, and then reconnect.
Start your engine and let run for 15 minutes.
Shut it down for five minutes, then restart and let run for five minutes, and then take it out for a run.
It may just need a simple recalibration, to get things straight again.
