I have a 1996 CE and my brake lights are different brightness and then when headlights are turned on things change again. I have changed to led head lights and led lights inside the car. Anyone else have any issues like this. Thanks in advance.

Seen a lot of issues like his C3 cars due to bad grounds. Is the voltage the same at all ye brake light plugs?
