Spark plugs 1990 L98

Has any body had real time experience with Iridium spark plugs in an L98. AC does not offer them but they are available thru other suppliers. I wonder if there is a reason theydo not offer them.

Is there a reason to pay more for them? If so, I haven't seen anything proving that they will run better.

I have a 2006 Honda Vtec four cylinder in the family with about 50,000 miles on it.

Figured I should replace the plugs just as a precaution.

Original OEM plugs - never changed - NGK Laser Iridium Premium.

I was surprised at how new they looked, and wondered the same as you ... about trying some in the Vette.

noticed no difference at all went back to stock
02 1500has reg ol factory plugs they went 100k...still ran fine just did it cause.Save your $ op

Sure you can but what would think you would achieve? Besides a bigger bill, that is. Also I'm not a fan of leaving it in the head for a long time. Plugs can seize up if left too long. BTDT with used cars.
